I thought line shifts were banned by ncaa? @CFB_Rules GA had 3 d-line guys mimicking snaps and moving. Is that allowed now?
The short answer is “it depends”. If the defense is abrupt or uses hand motions or using the offensive cadence it’s a foul. If the shift is smooth and not exaggerated it’s not. It’s in the eye of the beholder and we (collective we) have had a hell of a hard time with it this year IMO

Thanks. GA was doing all of the above but it’s prob hard to call that for the home team with so much at stake
