As a Bama fan, I’m hoping the 2023 starting QB is a transfer window pickup. It’s not that the kid is green; that’s to be expected from a freshman. He just doesn’t seem to have the tools (arm strength and accuracy, for example) to succeed.

BC one of the worst offenses I’ve seen this year going next against Wake who has one of the best. What kind of line is going to get put on that game?
Wake doesn't have the talent to abuse BC the way Clemson did today. BC does have Zay Flowers who is one of the most explosive players in the nation.
That said, Wake should match up against the BC defense much better than Clemson does.

If Texas’ QB got to play the last 3.5 quarters they’d win. They had a safety taken away anyway that wouldve won them the game. They’re not great at any skilled position outside Yoing and mayyyybe Gibbs. Worse team Saban has had in at least a decade.
And if Bama's QB got to play the last 4 quarters tonight they would have won handily.

The under armor shamrock series unis have been absolutely horrendous, with maybe one or two exceptions.
They are averaging 7.0 YPC as a team, granted the only good run defense they've played against was Texas (24 carries for 161 yards, though 81 of those came on the McClellan TD run). They'll be going up against a Tennessee team giving up 2.8 YPC. Abanikanda was able to put up 154 yards on 6.2 YPC against the Vols, but not a single Gator was able to get above 4 YPC against them.
