5x4, 4x4, 5x6, 6x5… there are so many situations where I not only fail to understand what the Bruins are doing, I fail to understand what the Bruins are even trying to do. I usually recognize Boston’s opponents’ strategies, even when their execution of the preferred tactics may be lacking, but the Bruins seem to be a mystery— especially to themselves.

I don't understand why Monty, who is coaching for his job, refuses to adapt. It's like he wants to get fired(I know he actually doesn't but still it's weird)

Occam’s Razor is that he can’t. He’s not a good enough coach to do that. So either he has the talent to play the way he wants to play or, well, you get what we are seeing.

Fire this stiff after this game. You can't keep having performances like this. Just an embarrassing hockey team

But he's already got the blueprint on how the team should at least try to get itself going already on the team, the 4th line. Play a hard, dump and chase style to at least get them going

This is probably the softest, laziest, and dumbest Bruins team in a long time. Complete no show against a shit team at home. Do they ever come out of the corner with the puck? Seriously they’re butter soft in the corners. It’s so fucking easy to play against these guys.

McAvoy looks terrible.
His comments after the Dallas game were awful. “We’ve been the best team in October before, and we didn’t win anything.” Oh so these games don’t matter Chuckie? That’s fucking captain material right there. Have some fucking pride. Too many guys are way too fucking comfortable right now on this roster.

I will bring this up until the heat death of the universe, but I have questioned Monty's style of leadership since the team coughed up a 3-1 lead to Florida his first season and after that 7-5 loss in game 6 his first words in the post game presser where "what a great hockey game." That's a horrible mentality to take, be pissed

This team is really hard to watch. Monty's system is not working. Boo birds at the Garden were out tonight and rightfully so.

The scary thing is, that was a bad Flyers team, that honestly, didn’t play above their level. They got a goal (that should’ve been stopped, but you can’t expect shutouts out of your backup, and when he only gives up one against a bad team, that should be a W), then packed the house and the Bruins didn’t feel like working hard enough to make plays to get through that. That’s unacceptable.

The Braindead pass by Marchand that should have been an ENG was not caused by Monty. There is a lot of blame to go around on this team right now. I'm not sure firing the coach even accomplishes anything with how a lot of these guys are playing.

The other day with the whole practice getting screwed up was a perfect example. Coaches out there. Players nowhere to be seen even after it was pushed back 30 minutes, and everyone was speculating "players only meeting" then turns out "nope they just fucked up the timing on some mandatory NHL meeting and some other stuff took too long".

Just a complete mess of an organization right now for some reason that's not going to be fixed by getting rid of Monty.

Sorry forgot to build off this more.

Firing Monty seems to scream making a move to make a move really that does nothing to address a real crazy lack of play from large chunks of the players that should be driving this team.

It’s mostly on the leadership group of the team right now. But he’s not making adjustments and not motivating guys to show up for work. So they should try to bring someone in who might be able to. Because whatever message he’s delivering isn’t being received.
