I am befuddled at why Poitras isn’t getting just a serious number of important minutes. This isn’t a “win now” team. It’s just not. The longer they are deluded thinking this team is able to contend for anything this year the worse off things get. He’s got more upside than the bottom 9 forwards on this squad, he should be getting big minutes - and if there are growing pains so be it. Get him NHL time. I do not get this.
