Heading into the city in about 2 hours to kill time before my first ever Bruins home game.

Carmelina's is outstanding for Italian, ~8 min walk from the Garden in the north end

Ha, yeah, that was vague I guess. Walking distance to the rink is good, I won't be drinking as I have to drive back to Plymouth after the game.

Neptune Oyster is walking distance and has outstanding seafood, no reservations though so after 5 it'll be tough to get in, get seated, and make the game.
For Chinese, Gourmet Dumpling House is my favorite but is a ~25 minute walk from the Garden. Quick trip on the Orange line though, 4 stops

Ward 8 has really good food and is close to the park too. You could walk down the greenway on Atlantic and grab a lobster roll at James Hook Co. Neptune is amazing but so hard to get a seat unless you get there early (like 3pm).
If you want a great spot to watch the Masters and get good pub food, Clarke's is always my go to.

I go to McGanns because I like dirty bars with big shots of whiskey. The food is meh, but an Irish Pub always feels like home to me.
Did I say I will be drinking tonight? Playoff Realness will be in the house.

I was always partial to the Penalty Box until it closed down. Then I was partial to Sully's until it closed down. Now I'm partial to Halftime Pizza, which I would imagine will close down.

I was wondering if it was going to be opening back up along with the rest of those places that closed up over the winter. Just hadn't been back down that way in the last few weeks.
