Bruins sign Noel Acciari

2-year deal, per Bucci.

PC captain. 32 points in 41 games last season, won the Hockey East version of the Selke last year. Listed at 5'11 195 lbs.

B's very active in the NCAA market this year. Acciari, Czarnik, Vatrano all UDFA signings. Also brought in Hargrove and McIntyre who were draftees, in addition to Hickman who was a UDFA signing from the WHL.

RI kid who will probably be a bottom 6 forward in Providence. Notable that he is signing as a 24 year old college junior. Same birth year as Krug and Smith, and 2 months older than Spooner.

it's definitely a better strategy than trading for someone else's disappointing prospects.  Given the development pipeline, it's a pretty good response.
