Disappointing night. Here’s what my ‘at the game’ eyes told me last night: (1) Bruin’s had trouble keeping possession in the offensive zone, particularly in the 3rd period, (2) every line seemed unable to break down the Caps defense in front of the net—Caps always had a man right on the puck holder and they outmuscled the Bruins in front of the net, (3) Bjork flashed at times, but also turned the puck over more than I’d like to see, (4) no Tuuka in net was a bummer, (5) WTF is Ritchie doing on the ice?! He’s a big dude, but has zero discernible skills, at least from up in the 400s section.

Caveat to the above: eyes can be deceiving, and I’m not a pro scout by any stretch of the imagination. So, large grain of salt and all that...
