I used to live up there too, and actually worked for a time in a "luxury" apartment building Jeter and Posada had lived in (before I got there) that was a flew blocks up from that.
Jeter's resident file had a bunch of requests to unclog his toilet, and for new keys to be made. Someone filled out his perfunctory gym application form for him, and it always killed me how when asked for his employer they wrote "New York Yankees," and his "position" was listed as "shortstop."
