I'd settle for coach or any other full time job with the team,

He always was a leader in the clubhouse. That speech he gave in the 13 WS was the stuff of legends.

If you're not watching this, you're missing out. He tried out as a dog groomer and expressed a German Shepherd's anal glands tonight. It was hysterical. It's a fun show.

It actually debuted last week. So far, he's tried playing percussion at Berklee School of Music, a manicurist, a Fenway tour guide and a dog groomer.

I watched a little bit of it. It was fun seeing him being legitimately scared when he tried new things. It was a good reminder to kids that there are no Supermen, and that most jobs require training and experience to do well.

Last week, he was absolutely petrified that he was going to screw up painting a woman's nails.

2013 World Series MVP, 2004 ALCS MVP, 541 home runs ... and has now put a diaper on a monkey and given a baby jaguar a bath.

Good reminder also that excellence in one area doesn't guarantee it in another, and to approach a new field with humility.

And that if you get really famous they let you play with monkeys.

Have you ever noticed that?
