I assume you're talking about guys BB signed as UDFA. Otherwise it's probably Welker (a UDFA originally but Belichick got him later via trade / RFA) or Vinatieri (a UDFA but signed before BB got there).
It's tough to beat Malcolm Butler's impact in one shining moment, and he was good otherwise despite how it ended. Stephen Neal leads all Pats UDFAs with 81 starts. Andrews (57) has a shot to catch him. Jonathan Jones or J.C. Jackson might work himself into this discussion.
I think when the dust settles it will be Andrews. He seems optimistic he will play again. He will pass Neal for career starts. And he is a team captain.
