Andy Brickley's potty mouth
I haven't started a game thread in probably 10 years. I had a run of greatness when this forum was created and then have been bad luck ever since. New coach, fuck it why not?

I fully expect more of the same from the team and from my thread performance however.

Go B's.

At least the Bruins have a name. "Hey you, hockey club, stop sucking" lacks some bite.

If it was the NBA, Pastrnak would get doubled all game and they'd leave Geekie wide open.

Shut up, they're gonna skate their tits off the rest of the way, and Korpi will be 1A headed into the playoffs as a wild card

A bit nervous about this game. Its one you absolutely should win if Monty was the problem -- at home, against a team under .500 and has lost their last two. If they play flat or lose by a few goals then I don't know. Won't be good.

It's good to hear Sacco say the PP needs to be less predictable, and while they didn't get one on that PP it looked better getting shots on from different places

On the other hand, wasn't be in charge of the pp to begin with?

It's chilly, rainy, windy, and generally blah. There was a strong pull to just say fuck it and curl up under a blanket with a book. Not going to take much to switch to that plan methinks

Yeah, but I think it was the Bruins Rinkside pod discussing this, Monty tells him how he wants the PP to run, Sacco would obviously have input but it's his job to implement Monty's vision, and looking for a perfect shot is how Monty wanted it. I want to believe Sacco is smart enough to realize that wasn't working and slowly implements something better

Between here and everywhere.
Despite not scoring, the power play LOOKS much faster. A lot more movement, and seemingly more decisive decisions to shoot and hope for a bounce/rebound.

One period blah blah but 15 shots on net in the period is awesome to see, it's so much more fun to watch
Yes it is. What I am looking for in the 2nd is how the B's come out. If they are flat or Utah scores on a fluke or Korpy miscue then lets watch and see how the B's respond. There have been a few games this year where they came out strong, got behind and then punted. Have to hope that does not continue.

I've never heard of the 4th time being the charm but I willing to believe it
