Interested to see how TimeLord handles Embiid. My guess is not well but we’ll see. Phuck Philly. Celtics are winning this.
It will be an interesting matchup. Embiid has been inactive for 11 of Philadelphia’s last 12 games and may be rusty. 86 the 76ers.

I mean, that's weird. Fournier just got cleared.

Also, we're simply never going to have everyone together and playing for more than like 2 games all season. JFC.

Fournier could have had another positive (I think his issue last week was a false positive) or it could be a “close contact” issue.

I understand that HIPAA is no joke but it would help my sanity if they were able to give a little more info about what triggered the Health and Safety Protocols.

The only thing I've been able to figure out so far is that if someone misses more than a few days than they must have had a legit positive test (with or without symptoms) and will be out for at least a couple weeks. False positives and close contacts are usually back within three days.

False positive can get back quickly, but I believe the CDC has mandated at least seven days for contact tracing, and I would assume the NBA is following those guidelines.

If Fournier tested positive, we probably won't see him again for a while.

Is this team cursed?

Go Celtics

it'll probably be a while before they ask Marcus to be on the post-game radio show again

Fournier didn’t miss 7 days last time and I don’t recall hearing it was false positive

This marks Fournier’s second time entering the Protocols since joining the Celtics, after a false positive test for COVID-19 sidelined him for the first two games following the March 25 trade that landed him in Boston. He joins Tristan Thompson on the inactive list, although Thompson appears to be nearing his return as he has been cleared to be with the team and start ramping up his conditioning after missing the last 12 games due to Health and Safety Protocols.

Would love to see TL finally get the best of Embid tonight; filet Philly!

If this was a positive test, wouldn’t we be missing folks for contact tracing?

I love Shaq.

"I've played for coaches that play checkers and those that play chess. The Sixers don't want to see Boston in the playoffs."

Wow. I'm seeing a betting line that has Philly by only one. Interesting. Would not have guessed that. Not going to bet against team green, but ...

Damn. Forgot that Tatum didn't play in either of the first two games against Philly.

Time Lord has done exactly what he had to avoid doing.

I mean, he just plows into TL. What is the possible argument for that being on TL?

I'm guessing Grant Williams will have a better chance of stopping Embiid than Kornet does.

A little excited to see how Korner handles Embiid.

Brown needs to be shooting 8 or 9 3's a game.

Agreed. Watching Embiid vs Kornet is like watching Shaq against someone

Kornet is like a pipe cleaner next to Embiid. He's going to get shoved out of the way all night long, it looks. I might try foul-prone Wagner.
