From the postgame comments it appears the Bruins are getting very tired of the bad officiating. Both Claude and Lucic mentioned it on the NESN post-game.

You mean when he held one of the strongest players in the league and broke his stride on a scoring opportunity?

The Bruins are an elite team that is vastly superior to Toronto. The fact that they have the fewest power plays in the league is something that statisticians and lawyers should be able to agree speaks for itself, and not glowingly, with regard to the officiating.

You know, "But they were both late holding penalties!" notwithstanding.

Set aside the fact that I don't see how that wasn't a holding on Kulemin, I consider that one a makeup call for Lucic getting the only roughing, Miller's worse holding call, or the no call on Dougie's face getting sliced open in plain view of everyone.

Goucher was good on T&R today about this. Said Claude has been getting noticeably more irritated with the officials on the bench. Attributes that to the string of calls at the end of the Montreal game. Also made the point that them getting so few calls looks even worse when you consider they are one of the best puck possession teams in the league. I hope Claude speaks up even more heading into the playoffs.
