Flo is ostensibly the spokesperson, but Jimmy gets all the good script moments, go figure.
Don’t feel too bad for flo. She’s a friend of a friend, and I’m told her contract has a “Joe Isuzu” clause which basically acknowledges that she’s so recognized as Flo that it will ruin her acting career, so if they ever end the Flo ad campaign, they pay her a 7 figure severance that gets larger every year. Flo’s gonna be fine.

So the CBS morons all have KC already in the Super Bowl. More of this please. All week long about how the Patriots have no chance. Please, more, all week long.

Are you people calling this a terrible 2nd half by the Pats actually serious, or am I missing the sarcasm?

The Pats completely went vanilla for the last 20 minutes of the game. Don't make any mistakes, don't give up any long touchdowns, stay healthy, and let the clock run out.

This game was an ass-kicking of epic proportions from the opening bell to the final whistle. The Chargers were never in it. Not even for a second.
Can't speak for anyone else, but I'm mocking those who think this was anything but the most vanilla prevents. I'd like to have a word with someone who thinks this wasn't optimally done this half, from execution to playcalling. Can't ask for much better all the way around.

I can't recall such a playoff ass whupping since Denver in 2011 from the first snap to the 3600th second. That was just about as fun by the party feel to it.

Yes, the only possible downer was Mason getting kicked in the head.

Fun fact: in addition to playing Progressive's Flo, she was also in the Cavemen sitcom spun off from the Geico commercials.

Great first 29 minutes

Got beat 21-6 in the second half

Nice to have a cushion to work with
DotB addressed this but the Pats didn't do anything but run out the clock in the second half.

People can worry about whatever they want but judging the Patriots on their playcalling and defense in the second half are doing so without considering the context.

Sorry, I was just greedy, I hoped they would put up close to 60 on this bunch.
Geez, not like it was the Jets they played. Belichick played clock control most of the half and nobody got hurt, so I’m taking that 100% of the time.

The fact that Romo is geeking out over KC-NE in the championship in the way he is, is one of the reasons I'm so happy he's in the booth now. He is very clearly a fan of football who is really good at it and at explaining it to people, and I really like that kind of announcer.
He sucks, plain and simple. There was a series of plays early in the game where his calls were blatantly wrong. One of which the replay was shown from behind the offense. He said that the left tackle pulled to the right to make a great block. But watching the game in real time, and on 2 replays proved him wrong. I know this is sort rope of a lame example, but he is often wrong is his analysis, and he sucked today.

If Kansas City watches film and decides to do everything the Chargers did in the second half I guess the Patriots are screwed.

Deleted unnecessary personal attacks. Continue that bullshit at your own peril.
Thanks. As a note to other members you have an issue with a user, report a post. Don't make this mess public, it's unnecessary, and doesn't help the discussion in the best of interpretations, and is furthermore absolutely contrary to what we want do going forward.

You can't win this game by throwing the ball to White 25 times. Change it up.
...or, you could just tie a record.

Bill, KICK THE FUCKING BALL THROUGH THE UPRIGHTS ON THE KICKOFF. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD.

I know what he's doing too. He's trying to kick it high, hoping one of their guys will lose it in the sun and fumble it. It's not worth the goddamned risk.
...or there could be a muffed punt recovered by his team.

Age leads to desperation leads to anger
So wait, Rivers has gone to the dark side?

above the knee is now roughing the passer?
His dress got dirty
Put a dress on him.

I get it! It's funny because women are weak!

BB must've been reading about Mesopotamia this week. How else would he know how to handle fertile Rivers this well?
