Going to probably fall even further behind over the next few days, but might as well put out the threads.

Good slate of pitchers today.

Well, it was not a great day for Hunter Dobbins, who started the game following a 40 minute rain delay. He was probably lucky to only give up 3 runs in 4 2/3 innings, as thise runs came by way of 6 hits and 2 walks. On the plus side, all but one of those hits were singles, to go with a lone double. Unfortunately , it was the double that drove in 2 of the runs. Hunter faced off against former Sox farmhand Thad Ward, who has struggled this year to the tune of a 5+ ERA. But, Thad gave up just 2 runs in 6 innings courtesy of 4 hits and two walks.

We're currently in the top of the 7th, with no single WooSox player having a notable day at the plate besides maybe Grissom, who has a hit and a walk, and Campbell, who has not yet been on base, which I consider notable.

WooSox lost 3-2 & the game was called in the top of the 8th inning with 2 outs & KCamp on 1st after a walk.

After Dobbins, BVB pitched 2.1 scoreless innings, 0 hits, 1 bb, 5 k.

Grissom 1-2, bb
Westbrook/Dalbec 1-3
Roman 1-4
Teel 0-2, bb
KCamp 0-3, bb

Salem lost 14-2. It got so bad they needed 2.2 innings of hitters to pitch (smh @ the Denis Reguillo experience).

Valera - 2.2 IP, 3 ER, 4 hits, 1 bb, 5 k
Tolbert - 3 IP, 0 runs, 3 hits, 1 bb, 2 k
Reguillo - 0.2 IP, 9 runs, 7 ER, 7 hits, 1 bb, 1 k (2 throwing errors)
Feliz - 2.1 IP, 2 ER, 2 hits, 2 bb, 1 hbp, 4 k

Then Andy Lugo came in with the bases loaded & 2 outs & picked up a strikeout to end the inning & strand the runners.
