But man, on the other end the Twins are winning all the close games the Sox were pulling off last year with some ballsy plays. Magical season, good for them...
It may not have been a great send, but it feels like you've got to take a chance there. We were not hitting the ball much all game.
Needed a bad throw or a better bounce off the wall or a bigger jump.
With our luck this year, could've really used all three.

You seriously think the odds are better with Vazquez against Rogers than Devers scoring on that? No way. Did you see that throw??
I know Devers isn't a first to home runner for a wall double.
And didn't Cora have a pinch runner he brought up anyway?
Cora’s not questioning the send even a little. Acting like he thought it was an obvious score and he was shocked he was out.
Devers just beat out a routine DP and you wanted him replaced for a pinch runner? The throw was perfect, he couldn’t have handed the ball to the catcher any better than that. If he doesn’t get sent we would have lost anyway.
Sometimes you just lose, not because someone was stupid but because the other team made a play when they needed it.
And with this win, the Twins now have more wins against the Sox this year than they have against the mfy this decade.
I’m still trying to figure out how anyone doesn’t score off the crack of the bat from first base and 2 outs on a high arcing ball off the top of the wall. Regardless, even if they tie it up, they’re losing that game. I mean Colten fucking Brewer was called on. Who in hell was going to pitch extra innings and hold the Twins scoreless? Webster?
