Hopefully, Syracuse is at Worcester. Going to the game tonight.
Oops, sorry. I think when they completed that game earlier this week they did a road/home thing & I c&p those day-to-day to try to save myself some time.

Hope you enjoy the game in...[consults atlas]...Worcester.

The other moves around that are Alex Speas to dev list in Worcester & Nick Decker off it in Portland.

09/12/24 Portland Sea Dogs activated LF Nick Decker.

09/12/24 1B Tyler Miller assigned to Pawtucket Red Sox from Portland Sea Dogs.

09/12/24 Worcester Red Sox transferred RHP Alex Speas to the Development List.
That really says Pawtucket...lol

AMG were 6 for 12 with 3 walks, while Dobbs went 6 strong, 6 hit/1 bb/1 run and the WooSox win 8-1. I could have sworn the team was like .500 last week but suddenly they're 9 games over. It's the darndest thing.

Roman Anthony's first game with the WooSox was August 11. Since then, they've gone 22-7 and now have a record of 75-66.

Strong game for the WooSox.

Meidroth, Grissom, Dalbec, & Guthrie with multi-hit games.

Anthony was on base 4 of 5 plate appearances with a double and 3 walks. Looking forward to seeing him in Boston

Dobbins went six and gave up a home run to Schwartz. Heineman, tonight's catcher, (bummed at missing Teel) threw out two attempting to steal second.

The Mets are last in the international League for the second half after finishing first in the first half. I saw them in Charlotte against the Knights in April and they're obviously a different team.

First time to Polar Park. It's decent and a fun place to see a game. Thought, I swear there were more people milling around the concourse than in the stands. Derek Lowe (and Steve Lyons) did a meet and greet at a diner stylized restaurant behind center field.

Jose Adames was next. Here is 3-year-old video of him pitching so fast I don't see the ball.

He has a walk in a scoreless inning.

Wyatt Olds had a hit & a strikeout in a scoreless inning & Chase Shugart pitched a 1-2-3 9th to secure the 8-1 victory.

I don't think I realized that Dobbins is 25. Have to imagine he gets every chance to make the club out of spring training next year, yeah?

Since he would almost certainly have to have been added to the 40-man, yeah. They are going to have some really interesting choices this off season. I'll probably be staying out of it for the most part, though.

ROMAN 1-2, 3 bb, 2b (#1 prospect in baseball per BA)
Meidroth 3-5
Dalbec 2-3, bb, sb (10)
Grissom 2-5, sb (10)
Guthrie 2-4
Heineman 1-4, 3b
Westbrook 0-3, 2 sf
