Sale is not even close to being the same pitcher he was last season. His pitches are just not strong.... granted, umps are already being shittier to him than to German.

Were those sliders to Judge actually in the upper 70s?

Looking forward to Chris Sale's post game interviews. "I've got to do better...I think I've got it figured out".

No one accepts responsibility better than Sale. It's just getting old.

Are you just so excited that we rushed out and signed Sale to a big contract extension despite the fact that he finished last year so hurt that he could only relieve in the World Series.

These next 5 years of him at $26 million in cap space are going to be just great!

Last season at this time he wasn’t even pitching. So there’s that going for him!

Didn't understand the move then, and just getting more worried.

Extremely unlikely the Sox make the playoffs. No point in shutting Sale down. Let him pitch every 5th day. Not gonna hurt any worse. Let him try and get something positive out of the rest of the season.

I feel like Benintendi would have ridiculous stats if he was a Yankee. I think he would swing for the short porch and end up with like 35 homers.

Another hanger fouled off by Sox batters. Only Beni has dropped the hammer.

Any offensive contributions at all from the bottom third of Boston’s order would be a nice surprise.

Schmoltz just pointed out that the 2002 Jeter in the first row catch doesn’t happen today with the netting.

Strangely, he seemed to mean it in a bad way.
