Keep on staying positive! The Sox are doing this!
Sure it could happen. Also don’t smoke crack.Obviously it's going to be difficult but there's been plenty of crazy runs and collapses we've witnessed over the past 20 years to know it's in the realm of Very Possible but Difficult at this point.
And..... if they're chugging into the WC at full speed (damn the pen has looked great lately....) they could steamroll their deep into the playoffs. Even with a hobbled (or shut down) Chris Sale, the team is dangerous and can beat anyone in a 7 game series. Sale really didn't contribute to last years WS team much, and their other star pitcher was pretty solely responsible for them almost losing.
Ed Rod is looking like an ace...... if Price can get fully healthy, well... he's David Price. Porcello we all know can step up and it'd be a gigantic boon for his pending free agency for him to finish his season with an Eovaldi-'18 like flourish, no?
You've got a point. But I think you've forgotten that they only lack that fifth lion of the diamond to combine into Margotron, League Average Hitter. I think she's a princess or something. So it may be awhile. Its time to reflect the fact that when the Sox traded Margot for Kimbrel, they gave up far too much. He is every bit the stud that the prospect-lovers said he would be...
I should also add in Javy Guerra as well as Allen and Asuaje. Those guys are dominating at baseball too (Guerra plays TWO positions now!!!). What an overpay!!!
Cora must think every time Holt does something great he needs a day off. Of course he also thinks Brock can’t hit lefties. Somebody’s telling him to play Owings.Fuck whoever in the organization thinks Chris Owings needs to be at 2B against every lefty. Fuck that guy hard.
You've already won this thread and the game hasn't even started yet. You've got a point. But I think you've forgotten that they only lack that fifth lion of the diamond to combine into Margotron, League Average Hitter. I think she's a princess or something. So it may be awhile.
