I'd have to research it more than I have time to, but my guess is that good LHP's don't last very long in AA. They are a crazy important commodity and I think teams prefer using their bullets in MLB rather than against AA hitters.

Not sure about this Rosario "breakout season" claim. He had a 100 wRC+ in 247 PAs last year for Greenville as a 20 y/o.

This year he has a 91 wRC+ in 386 PAs. The good thing is he's cut his k-rate from 30% to 19%, but not sure I would call this a breakout.
