William Cuevas has had a nice little start to his AAA career.  3 starts, 18 IP, 2.50 ERA, 15/6 K/BB, 1.00 WHIP.  Given the complete dearth of pitching talent in AA/AAA right now, it bears following as he may be a guy in line for emergency spot starts in 2016.  He's just 24 years old and though he struggled in 2013/14, his career minor league ERA is 3.56 and he has struck out a respectable 7.5 per 9, with a ~3:1 K:BB ratio.
