Roniel Raudes is really starting to intrigue me.  17 years old, 10 starts, 49.1 IP, 58/3 K/BB, 2.55 ERA, 0.85 WHIP.  Yes, it's the DSL, but anytime a 17 year old dominates THAT much, it deserves a bit of attention.

From what I've read on Raudes, his fb doesn't even break 90.

Not uncommon for 17 year old kids to build velocity, particularly ones who apparently weigh 160 pounds, but if true that tempers things a bit.  The Sox did give him a $250,000 bonus, the most ever for a Nicaraguan player, so they clearly see something pretty interesting with him.
