Emerson Ortiz allowed a hit, a walk, and a wild pitch over five scoreless frames; whiffing a trio. Carlos Cortes walked four and struck out three in two innings. Osvaldo De La Rosa struck out the side in order in the eighth. Luis Colmenares yielded a hit and a walk while whiffing a pair in the ninth.

Denny Daza delighted with a single, was dinged with a pitch, and was dumbfounded when caught stealing in three trips. Breiner Licona lined a single in three at-bats. Fabian Andrade, Ceddanne Rafaela, and Gilberto Jimenez each garnered a single in four forays; Rafaela adding a stolen base. Leonel Jimenez was walked once in three jaunts. Brandon Rincones dropped a sacrifice bunt in four battles. Eric Flores and Jesus Maita were morose after three excruciating excursions.

DSL2 and the Guerreros were suspended due to rain in the top of the 5th, with the Guerreros leading 2-1. The Sox have a runner at first with one out when the game continues... probably tomorrow.

Austin Glorius gave up a hit and two walks in two frames; whiffing a quartet and uncorking a wild pitch. Yusniel Padron-Artilles struck out four of the six men he faced in two perfect innings. Juan Morillo yielded one hit in the eighth. Alberto Franco whiffed one of the three men he faced in the ninth.

Nicholas Northcut notched a single, a double, and a walk in four matchups. Josh Tobias thumped a double in two jaunts before being replaced by Ivan Houellemont who hit a single and was hit by a pitch in three tries. Ricardo Cubillan chipped a single and drew a base on balls in four contests. Juan Carlos Abreu collected a single and a walk in five appearances; he also stole one base and was picked off of another. Chad Hardy and Carlos Pulido each procured one hit in four at-bats; Pulido with a double. Caleb Ramsey received two free passes in four attempts. Dedgar Jimenez delivered 5 2/3 scoreless innings on five hits and three walks; striking out a septet. Matt Gorst gave up a hit and struck out one in 1 1/3 frames. Josh Taylor struck out one in the eighth. Jordan Weems picked up the final three outs without incident.

Jantzen Witte was a triple shy of the cycle in his 3-for-4 day. Austin Rei ripped a single and a double in four appearances. Jeremy Rivera roped two singles and was caught stealing in five jaunts. Danny Mars and Johnny Bladel each delivered one hit and received two bases on balls in four matchups; Bladel with a double and a stolen base.
