Blake Swihart is expected to continue his rehab for Portland in New Hampshire tonight.

DSL will play their annual All-Star Game today. It seems likely at least one Red Sox player will participate.

Anyone know why Swihart came out of the game? I'm thinking Sandy Leon is a victim of circumstance. Buch was all that was keeping him there. Swihart can learn from Hanigan.

Benintendi's bomb.  Only a couple games abut he has an OPS over .900 despite a low BA and is walking a bunch more than he Ks.  Looks good.

Sam Travis just continues to hit.  Pushes his average over .300 in Portland now.  Hopefully we see some more extra base hits from him next.  What's his defensive reputation?  Not a lot out there but most seem to just say "adequate."  If he can show a slick glove, a .300 average and OBP-heavy .775 OPS at 1st wouldn't be so bad - sort of a righty Eric Hosmer.  What really encourages me is his batting eye.  35/49 BB/K and has struck out in less than 15% of his plate appearances - a big improvement on his 2014 plate discipline figures.  Would be great to see him flourish in AA the rest of the year, maybe get a taste of Pawtucket late in the year, then be poised for 2016 in AAA.
