I think that's Febles' fault. If Chavis doesn't literally turn around, he scores *easily.*

Jackie was probably watching Febles who was windmilling.

How the fuck did the Sox not score that inning. Wow.

Can't even have a blowout without a baserunning gaffe

Chavis, did you think that could have been caught?
Jeez

JBJ is old enough to fucking better know better. 2 nights in a row spazzing out to get to 3rd base when 2nd is pretty much just as good.

If Chavis is watching the base coach and continues running to home (like he was being instructed) then there is no issue.

Yes but if JB is paying attention and isn’t running with his head up his ass it’s 2nd and 3rd there. Jackie’s lack of attention forced Chavis to go home.

Yeah, JBJ was assuming a possible play at the plate and doing his job to get into third with less than two out.

What the fuck is Chavis doing pulling up into third base without even looking at the guy whose job it is to tell you what to do there. The play was behind Chavis. Why he would assume that was just a double I dunno.

12 pitch frame from Walden!

It was sad last night to come to the end of the game, only to see that he had not pitched.

Ump in the dodgers/phillies game ejected a Phillies reliever for hitting Justin Turner in the leg with a slider after giving up a 2-run homer. Even Turner couldn't believe it. Umps are just terrible.

Brasier's fastball looks good, but the slider has no depth at all.

Now I'm going to go poke around brooksbaseball to see if my observations are borne out.

Sometimes the Sox getting from base to base is like pulling teeth while the pitching and defense just give bases away like free samples at Costco.
