On the former, very soon I believe. As for the latter, I'd rather he stay in the rotation ATM. I think he would be a fine addition to the pen, but being stretched out as a starter it might be a while before you can use him in back to back games or even 2 out of three games.

I don’t think he really trusts him, he’s been used in low leverage situations. It was the 6th inning against the bottom of the order.

It’s really difficult to get 13 outs when you only trust 3 or maybe 4 guys.
