involving a pinstriped neanderthal.
It’s tough in the Toilet. (Bring the Lysol.)
Prepare for behavior that will appall.
A goonish combo of smugness and gall
from fans – and from players. (It’s protocol.)
A highlight tonight, the Sox reinstall
our hard-hitting hero, Adam Duvall
back into center. (Hope he doesn’t sprawl
attempting to catch another flyball.)
Our players have not shown much life at all.
Team meetings have failed. (They need a town hall.)
Although, we as fans, have the wherewithal
to know that the writing is on the wall,
we will pretend that we can’t read the scrawl,
and root for the Red Sox for the long haul.
Making the playoffs? That order seems tall,
but folks scale Mount Everest. (That’s in Nepal.)
Let’s fight and climb back and stop this freefall.

No lefty middle infielders left. We can't use that groovy all lefty lineup that doesn't result in any runs being scored.
It feels like he may be on the outs with Cora, but he’s still producing at a solid clip. Not sure we have anyone to replace him. If we get a shortstop back, Kike can take an outfield spot, but that’d hurt the offense. .
I would rather extend him than trade him, but he would be a valuable trade chip. Story to short, Kike/Duran take his spot in the OF
