Murphy wasn't available to throw right-handed? Seems hard to believe.
I am still trying to figure why they didn't finish off last night's game with Kluber and/or Pivetta and start Murphy tonight

Yeah, I don't know. Maybe they wanted to let him make is debut under lower pressure circumstances?

Went out of their way to excuse this bum instead of finding literally any other arm in AAA. Bravo, Chaim! Found a real gem.

This team was set-up to lose. To me, it was a fluke that they caught fire for a bit. Their staff led by an aging, oft-injured Sale and a bunch of #4 and #5 pitchers. The lineup looked average at best with a suspect defense. It is embarrassing what the ownership has done with this team. Yet, people still flock to the Fens to sing ”Sweet Caroline” as they chuckle all the way to the bank. With the resources and the fanbase this group has it is totally unacceptable to PUNT for the second straight year… Matt Dermody? Wow…just ..wow.

Well….that was fun… Geez Matt…could you just NOT give up a homerun? Not like it matters…The first one likely ended the game.
