Justin Haley scattered ten hits while allowing one run over 5 1/3 innings; striking out two. Robby Scott got the final two outs of the sixth without incident. Williams Jerez yielded a run on two walks and two wild pitches over 2/3rds of an inning; whiffing one. Kyle Martin gave up a single and a walk over his 2/3rds of an inning; striking out one. Ryan Brasier kept the Bulls at bay with five successive outs to end the contest.

Rusney Castillo contributed two doubles and a single in five at-bats. Cole Sturgeon walloped his first two AAA HRs in his five sessions. Mike Olt obtained a single and a walk in four matchups. Tzu-Wei Lin lined a single and drew a walk in five trips. Ramon Flores and Mike Miller each had a single in four attempts. Dan Butler drew a base on balls in four appearances. Mike Ohlman and Adam Lind each had four frustrating forays.

Teddy Stankiewicz surrendered two runs on three hits – including an Adam Brett Walker bomb – and four walks over six frames; striking out four. Travis Lakins walked one, hit one, and uncorked a wild pitch in the seventh; but struck out the side as well. Jordan Weems whiffed a pair in his 1-2-3 eighth. Josh Taylor gave up a double and struck out two in the ninth.

Tate Matheny mashed two doubles and two singles, stole two bases, drove in two runs and scored twice in his perfect day at the plate. Austin Rei ripped a single and a homer while drawing a walk in four appearances. Jantzen Witte whipped two singles in four jaunts. Josh Ockimey obtained a base on balls in four ups. Chad De La Guerra was granted a free pass in five ventures. Deiner Lopez, Nick Lovullo, and Danny Mars each had a quartet of failed forays; Lopez did steal a base. Jeremy Rivera suffered five stinky sessions.

Roniel Raudes relinquished four runs (all in the fourth) on six hits – including a Melbrys Viloria moonshot – and a walk over six innings; striking out four. Jake Cosart surrendered a run on two hits and two walks over two frames; whiffing three. Matt Gorst struck out one in a 1-2-3 ninth.

Santiago Espinal, C.J. Chatham, and Brett Netzer each notched three hits (including one double) in five excursions; Netzer netting a stolen base. Jordan Procyshen procured two singles in three jaunts before being pinch hit for by Roldani Baldwin who grounded out in the eighth. Tyler Hill doubled once in four trips. Bobby Dalbec and Trenton Kemp each took one base on balls in four treks; Kemp adding a stolen base. Jerry Downs dropped a sacrifice bunt in four jaunts. Chris Madera suffered four maddening matchups.

Denyi Reyes relinquished two runs (one earned) on two walks and five hits – including a Chad Spanberger smash – over five frames; whiffing a pair. Angel Padron allowed four runs on a walk and four hits – including bombs from Austin Bernard and the second of the game from Spanberger – over three inning; striking out two. Devon Fisher struck out one in his 1-2-3 ninth.

Lorenzo Cedrola collected a single, a stolen base, and two doubles in five at-bats. Kervin Suarez swatted two singles and stole a base in four sessions. Frankie Rios, Michael Osinski, Tanner Nishioka, and Victor Acosta each accumulated two hits in five ventures; Rios and Nishioka with a double. Jagger Rusconi ripped a double and was hit by a pitch in four jaunts. Ricardo Cubillan whiffed twice in four hitless ups. Isaias Lucena struck out twice in five fizzled forays.

Acosta singled in Rios to tie the game at six in the ninth inning. After a Lucena strike out, Nishioka would then win the game with a single to score Osinski.
