Yeah. Sometimes you just have to tip your hat. But that slide was shit.
I’m not sure any other side would’ve changed much. Even if he goes to the outside more the throw beats him by enough that the catcher can just reach over and tag him.

Yeah but it was a full sprint shoe/string catch. That’s not Wendell Kim stuff, that’s a risk you have to take, it’ll pay off more than not (especially with 1 out already).
For me, Quantrill being on fumes moved it from mild hate to full hate.
