Yes, amazing.

Maybe this could be a blessing in disguise, Cessa has to throw 70 pitches and then we can dump him.

Old-Timer’s Day Curse strikes again. The old guys take over locker room, distract the youngsters.

Of course, this game was a mismatch based on pitching matchup.

DJ sure looks good at third in addition to second, such a great signing.

On one hand, I want every batter to homer off him until they dump him, but on the other hand, that would hurt whatever trade value he has even more. Just please make us stop watching him.

It's worth noting that this win will give HOU the season series 4-3, which I'm pretty sure would give them the tiebreaker for higher seed if they both win their divisions and have the same record.

NY has a 158 game streak of not being shutout and the much-discussed 25 game streak of at least one HR, someone needs to dump one into the RF porch. Hicks barely missed one last time up, just foul.

Wow, that was the first three run HR Verlander allowed as an Astro. Maybe NY gets a D- on the Verlander test, not a F?

So who is the best hitter in the NY lineup? I know who you want up if you need a hit. Same guy?
Still going Judge once he is back to himself and Sanchez has been amazing this year, but DJ's recent power surge makes it pretty interesting.

The Land of Thomas Cecil
I got this for tomorrow.

It feels like this week has been a massive turning corner for health and ultimately what this team can look like with its bat depth. As Wingack said, 5-2 was my most optimistic outcome over the past two series, so yeah.

Whoo Jess.

Barring more injuries, the pitching is about to be in a lot better shape. We will get the Green/Cortes Jr combo again on Tuesday, but after that it seems like German should be ready to rejoin the rotation after the London games, which will allow Green to go back to the bullpen, strengthening both.
