It is insane how much college coaches get paid and most of those are public universities, just crazy.
Athletic budgets at these places are weird. I don’t think it’s the case that they can buy fewer microscopes because of the ball Coach salaries.

As a pseudo-IU alum (did not finish my Master's), Curt Cignetti is worth every penny. Playoff or not, this is the greatest football season in IU history and that 66-point beatdown on Purdue was majestic.

Deion is not worth hundreds of millions of dollars to Colorado, that is a ridiculous assertation.

I’d go with Mike Norvell. Riley at least made the playoffs three times. Norvell got jammed last year with the playoffs but this year is beyond awful and he’s been only ok otherwise.
