Time to get back on track with the lowly Tigers coming to town.

Pivetta on the bump (3-0, 2.81 ERA)--hopefully he can keep the walks down tonight (more walks than hits allowed)--the Tigers are hitting below .200 as a team, so no extra baserunners would be good.

I will be sorely disappointed if the Sox don't sweep. At least over the next two series, they should at least have a 4-2 record IMO. That 9 game win streak will start to feel like an outlier of the actual talent if they just end up at .500

I fully expect it to be a problem to win this series. This team is regressing towards its true winning percentage right now, and the Tigers are due to win a couple.

8-9 since the streak. They are OK. They hang around in games and they're pretty fun to watch.

Detroit couldn't hit their way out of as paper bag against the MFY so don't walk them?

There's a K. That's what Kluber benefited from. Them swinging at stuff way outside the zone.
