He's Superman!

Last year was the mysterious bum shoulder that didn't require surgery - but he made sure to stretch it every 30 seconds with a look of pure pain!

I assume there will be blood on his sock at the end of this game. But unlike last time there was a bloody sock, he'll come up small again.

I forget, did he roll his ankle at halftime of game 6? Because that's when things got awfully tight.
Can some mod throw KFP outta this thread? My God.

Honestly, if this is who Caleb Martin actually is then this Miami team is much better than anyone expected. This is seven games of All-Star quality play. His scoring has been elite and he’s very strong defensively. I just hope they give him the MVP of the series. He deserves it..

They should honestly tear this entire thing down and rebuild. Tatum is not a guy to build a winner around and Brown is absolutely not even a solid #2.

He has to be the series MVP. Just unreal.

I’m continually shocked that this kind of trolling is allowed to go on. And on. And on.
In a gamethread? You're shocked someone is venting about the best player on the team - one who disappeared in the 2nd half of game 6 - putting up 12 points when his team is down 20 in a gamethread?

Shut up.

Tough break having Tatum injure himself to start the game, which made Miami’s zone even more effective with Brown being relied on to initiate.

However, there is enough talent on this team to at least play a competitive game with Tatum hobbled. After this debacle, I’m checking out on this team for at least a few weeks. Their passion tonight didn’t match the passion of their hardcore fans.

This is true but the rest of the team needs to step up. We’ve played several teams in the playoffs who won without their best on the court.
I can’t imagine it’s easy to just shitcan the entire gameplan and play with Tatum as a decoy after the first minute of the game. They made a run in the third but it’s pretty friggen hard to win a Game 7 when your top 5 player can’t move.

He’s bad because of the space lasers, man. Energy.
The dude has been awful all game. Shit, I’ve been in here saying it. To act like his all-nba selection was some sort of media hype campaign? That’s really fucking stupid.

The guy who was next in line for votes after him? Julius Randle. Who vomited all over himself every game of the playoffs.

That was road at least and against a very legit team. The stakes made it awful, of course. This is the Bruins bending over against St Louis. These two franchises have been so fucking disappointing at home. Makes no goddamn sense.
Miami is a good team. Really good. They had a TON of injuries this year. They were in the ECF last year. Two years before that they went to the NBA finals. They're really good. Boston should really have won a home game 7 against them, but Miami is legit.

Won't stop Denver from blasting them though.

No. It's fine. He played awesome. He's a top 5 player, but let's blame it on all the secondary players. Who needs your best player to play well?
He's literally outplaying Butler this game, and has all series, despite playing on one leg. So apparently Miami doesn't.
