OK hear me out. Maybe this is a microcosm game, reflective of the series. The Heat have a great 1st half and things look bleak, while the Celtics come out of halftime like they are shot out of a cannon and smoke these assholes all 2nd half.
I think the celtics have not used a zone pretty much all year so going to one you haven't practiced would be pretty desperate.I wonder if they should throw a zone at the Heat for a possession or 2 to see if that throws them off of their rhythm from behind the arc.
Well this is a pretty desperate situation. Switch something up whether it’s icing someone to try to force turnovers or zone or whatever.I think the celtics have not used a zone pretty much all year so going to one you haven't practiced would be pretty desperate.
If we can add 27 year old Lebron at halftime, I’d feel a lot more optimistic on coming backWeren’t the Celtics up 11 at the half against Miami in Game 7 2012? We all know how that went. This can turn so quickly. Obviously they cannot come out flat to start the half.
This is the stuff that makes me crazy. They are not playing scared or tentative or whatever. Miami is hitting 3s and Cs are not. In between there have been a few lapses on D and Brogdon just is an anchor on the offense right now.I’m not sure the Celtics can make enough shots to win….they are playing scared… I’m going for a long walk…last time I returned in Game 6… Butler was sinking all three free throws… we all know what happened next… I’ll see you guys in the 4th.
He got minutes earlier in the series and wouldn't shoot it. Pritch is useless on O and a liability on D atop that if he doesn't pull the trigger. He needs to be a 2-3 minute heat check in and out guy, but he plays his time like a starter feeling things out.normally the reason is Brogdon. Right now? It would be nice to get someone who can hit a shot in there.
