Very true. Probably a good thing because Shaq’s a troglodyteShaq has rooted for the Hawks, Sixers, and Heat so he has been consistent.

I mean he did win a title with them. It’s not like Ortiz and Pedro are neutral when TBS is doing Sox games.Shaq slipped and just said “we.”
Neither team playing particularly well so far.Should the Celtics be happy they're up four when the Heat are going bonkers from three? Or should they be disappointed to only be up four when Bam and Butler are 4-16 for a total of 14 points?
Ha! I just copied this but you beat me to posting. That's not very charitable of you...

Shaq is shocked that any player with size doesnt average 40/20. It’s a pretty common refrain from himI love how these nba analysts, who watch tons of playoff games every year, are always shocked if star players have bad games when theres a lot on the line.
Shaq is not a good commentator and I’m not sure why TNT seems to think he is.Shaq is shocked that any player with size doesnt average 40/20. It’s a pretty common refrain from him
This is where I am at. Seems like Miami will just keep making 3s, and they’ll tighten up the interior defense eventually. God I hope I’m wrongI don't like the way this one feels right now.
Those guys are funny together in the studio on a random January night.Shaq is not a good commentator and I’m not sure why TNT seems to think he is.
Yes, but not 1 of 2 major markets and others around the nation turning off on a Saturday nite turning off a blow out.Don’t you think the NBA would want a game 7?
They don't, Inside the NBA is an entertainment/comedy show, they barely pretend it's about basketball.Shaq is not a good commentator and I’m not sure why TNT seems to think he is.
Pretty much nailed it. One of White/Grant/Al is going to have to step up and hit their open ones.OK, so what do we do at half?
Celts ideally get more threes in second half, but should come from dribble penetration. Tatum and Brown have been so good driving that they are getting quality inside looks rather than kicking out---can't complain, but not super likely to continue. Would like to see one of Grant, Smart, or Al nail a three early, they haven't given a lot on that front.
Defensively, only tweak is to be sure we go over on non-Butler perimeter players. They have done a great job down low and on Butler. Just need to stay firm on the switches and keep staying down on the pump fakes. A good defensive half overall, some of those threes are open but some will notcontinue to fall.
The loose ball/offensive rebounds are ok overall---won't get all of them ,just need to keep competing on those.
I love watching him but he just can’t stay healthy. It’s sadNo TL on the court so far.
He retired a Celtic though!I mean he did win a title with them. It’s not like Ortiz and Pedro are neutral when TBS is doing Sox games.
multiple defensive miscommunications losing shooters. martin and vincent together had like 5 wide open threes.Other than a few Jaylen loose handles, a dumb Smart pass, and maybe a few Heat offensive boards, I don't see them making too many mistakes. I can't be that upset. Just keep playing hard.
And we are lucky for that. They don't, Inside the NBA is an entertainment/comedy show, they barely pretend it's about basketball.

He’s the foil.Shaq is not a good commentator and I’m not sure why TNT seems to think he is.
Yes, there was that run where that was happening too often, but I feel like they cleaned that up toward the end.multiple defensive miscommunications losing shooters. martin and vincent together had like 5 wide open threes.
Was it just that rebound attempt where he was hit in the hand?No sign of RW as they get back from halftime
That’s not really luck, that’s them seeing that on film.I cannot believe their luck.
