Brooks Brannon made his season debut in a rehab start at catcher. He was 0-1 with a walk before coming out.

Yoely hit a grand slam.

Yordanny started but didn't pitch great, allowing 2 runs in 3 innings on 2 hits, 3 walks & 3 strikeouts.

Zach Bryant made his 1st appearance since '22 & pitched a scoreless inning allowing a hit.

Portland played a doubleheader.

They lost game one 8-5.

Rough outtings for Bastardo (5 runs in 5 innings) & Scroggins (3 runs in 2 innings).

Matthew Lugo was 1-2 with a walk & his 9th homer.

CJ Liu got the start in his 3rd game of the season, 2nd with Portland & pitched 3 scoreless innings with a walk, a hit & 8 strikeouts.

Kwiatkowski pitched the next 3 scoreless innings, albeit with only 2 strikeouts.

Caleb Bolden allowed a run in the 7th in his 2nd time being promoted to Portland but 1st game.

Worcester won 20-4.

They started off slow, scoring 3 runs in the 1st 3 innings, but then put up 3, 3, 5, 3, 3.

Josh Winckowski got the start in his 2nd AAA game of the season & allowed 2 runs, 1 earned in 4 innings on 5 hits, 0 bb, 4 k.

Ingrassia continues his bizarre adventure toward starting by pitching 4 scoreless innings, allowing 2 hits & a walk, striking out 4 & lowering his ERA to 1.46.

Jedixson Paez allowed 2 runs in the next 4 innings on 6 hits & a walk, only striking out 1 (ERA up to 2.46).

Natty Cruz allowed the tying run in the 9th & 2 in the 10th (only 1 of the 3 earned), but Salem scored 3 in the bottom of the 10th to win the game.

Sox won 8-5. NDLC struggled a lot & Salcedo wasn't great... but a really good Ovis Portes game with 4 scoreless innings with a hit, 2 walks & 3 strikeouts for his 2nd save.

In 10 scoreless innings this season over 3 games he has allowed 3 hits & 4 walks, striking out 11.

My Asencio (3-4 with a steal) & Musett (2-4 with a double & a steal, .419 BA) stanning always come to fruition.

& I've been a Yoely stan before it was cool, but he was 2-4 with 2 doubles.

Karim Ayubi was 2-3 with a triple & a walk.

Kleyver was 0-1 with 2 walks, 2 runs & a sac fly.

I was not aware Perales was K'ing nearly 16/9 innings versus only 3.4 BB per 9. That seems like a big step forward.
