I was listening to TalkSport commentary in the car of the Forest-Arsenal match. The commentators gave the impression that Forest had control and possession most of the match.

I check the stats and it was 80% possession Arsenal.

Unless its Jim Proudfoot on TalkSport, I might have to stick to BBC radio commentary

Mikel Arteta hails ‘incredible journey’ but says Arsenal need to ‘heal’ after title disappointment - The Athletic
Arsenal led the standings for 248 days this season: the most for any team who have then failed to win the Premier League.
“It has been an incredible journey for us over 10 months competing with City, being ahead of them for so long. We were so eager to go for something in sport and we didn’t reach it,” Arteta said.
Knew it would become a talking point!

Should have been a fourth for West Ham there. Bit of a comedy of errors, not that it matters too much.

I thought Leeds had a decent chance to get something from the match, but they've been poor.

Half hearted pitch invasion. Fitting for a plastic club.
who is a plastic club?

Edit:
I assume you mean City and that’s fucking nonsense. Probably 90% of American footy fans root for clubs with
abso-fucking-lately zero clue about what actual struggles are. City fans dealt with shit for years and still made Maine Road a great atmosphere. Before the takeover by deplorable people City had 2 first division championships, 4 FA Cups, and 2 league cups. This would put them somewhere in the Wednesday/Newcastle/Leeds/Sunderland group. I’m sure you will scoff at that but I see no plastic there.

All Dortmund had to do was get rid of the deadweight Norwegian who was playing CF and now they are champions.

Seriously, pretty remarkable if they won the league without a single player scoring double digit goals (at least not yet).

I think we can finally conclude that @teddykgb finally came to his senses and decided that he couldn't support City any longer.

I heard Teddy joined a brigade of Cityzens to fight in Yemen in support of club ownership.

Newcastle are basically inventing ways to not score a goal in this game again Leicester. They've hit 3 posts and failed to score on several golden opportunities.

What was that from the Leicester keeper? Need a kick up field and maybe a last gasp chance...but no, he flubs the kick.

Newcastle get the point they needed Champins League Fitba awaits.

So if Everton beat Bournemouth they stay up. Leeds and Leicester need to win and hope.

California. Duh.
The point means Everton need to win to be safe for sure. An Everton draw and Leicester win puts them both on 34 with Leicester having a better GD.

This could be one of those final days where the teams in the relegation zone change a few times over those 2 hours as goals are scored around the league.

This the the first multi-“Tell Me Ma Me Ma” season at SJP for decades. The club may well tip into PSG villainy this offseason, but this team was an absolute delight. Willock for England, Joelinton for Brazil, Continued Employment for Longstaff.

Everyone from Forest in 16th and up is safe.

Soton in 20th are definitely down.

Two of EVE LEI LEE will drop.

Everton control their destiny: beat BOU and they are safe.

If Everton draw they are safe unless Leicester win and/or Leeds win by 3+

If Everton lose they still stay up if neither LEE or LEI win.

Leicester need a win AND EVE loss or draw. Leeds is -9 GD to Leicester so if they both pass Everton Leicester will stay up.

Leeds need a win by 1-2 goals AND ((losses by the other two) or (EVE loss and LEI draw)) OR ( win by 3+ and EVE draw and LEI loss) (if Leeds and Everton finish tied in points and GD next tiebreaker is goals scored and Leeds is +12)

Dean Smith and Big Sam allowing their attack to be progressive and open?

Is United pumping Chelsea just expected and boring?
Yes, but it makes me feel a little bit better as a Spurs fan.

I kinda think they might bounce back less than people think next year too, but that might just be wishful thinking.

Did he just completely torch his career with this stint?
Yeah. Everton wasn’t great but he at least coached up a few players to higher individual levels, and got the team to play hard. I think a spell at a second or third tier club or in another country to get his tactics sound was in order next. But this mess, plus the improvement of Everton after he left, shows that he just doesn’t have an idea of what he’s doing.

I mean if the hallmark of your sides is “you can slice through their midfield at will,” you’re not good at this

Worst thing that could have happened to ole' Lampsy is that his Derby team over achieved (not because of him though). They got hot down the stretch against some mediocre to poor teams and then won a wildly open game v. Leeds (which could happen under Bielsa) to go to the final. He thought this meant he was actually good and left. To be proven NOT good repeatedly since.

So many ex-players that get into management lack self-awareness and patience.
