I get home from work. It's 3:15. No game thread? WTF?

Was it last night that caused you to lose interest? You call that a nut punch? Here's a nut punch!

We've got Eduardo vs. some German guy. I don't think we're supposed to mention him.

Let's win this, OK?

Two hits for Jackie tonight. I liked his pinch-hit at-bat last night.

Would very much like to see Eduardo take another step forward tonight, and for the offense to wreck things after the way last night played out.

The front page of SoSH shortens the thread title to "5/15 after the Rockies nut". I get that they may be excited about winning last night but that's a bit much.

Edit: Really, changing the thread title over that?

You know I've mostly been able to mentally block out NESN's obnoxious ticker but after watching the NHL playoffs on NBCSN it's all I see and I hate it.

So Remy and Eck think Sale would have stayed in last night if he had a no no going. This makes little sense to me as striking out 21 has never been done before by anyone...no hitters are a dime a dozen.

Is this a baseball tradition thing, leaving guys in for a no-no? I mean, obviously it is on some level but is it sacrosanct to the point of having Sale throw 130 pitches? Not so sure about that. A perfect game... then he stays in.

Hey, at least Cora let him finish off his immaculate inning.

Love hearing Eck and Remy talk through why Benny made that play. So good together

The last 2 hitters swung at the 1st pitch. If you don't want Edro to go deep into the game, you make hin throw strikes. Ol' Bud Black might not be as smart as we thought.

No problem with JBJ going there with 2 outs, it took a good bounce off the wall and a good throw to 2nd.
