That's the thing about the Rays. The same out of the box process that says sign Tsutsugo (who looks awful, but we'll see) is the one that says trade a great of young pitching prospect to the Cardinals for Arozarena.

This reminds me that we don't face the Rays again until late June. This current version of the team seems mediocre. They should have Franco and others up by then, unlucky..
