Loui seems to work well with Krejci and Lucic. I wonder if you might see that combo later on...guess it depends on how you feel about balancing your lines vs loading up your power forwards together.

That KLI line has been too dominant to break up and the SKE line has also been really good. Come playoff time, unless there are injuries, I think we'll see the same lines they had during the long win streak.

You'd rather have Meszaros out there?
Krug moves the puck too well to be scratched unless he's a TOTAL disaster. You could see how much their breakout was hurt when he was scratched.

Bergy is the player we all hope Couts will become. I'm not sure he'll ever have Bergy's offense, but the 2-way play is there.

I still don't quite understand the playoff format in terms of re-seeding after the first round. Let's say Philly is the 6 seed, Boston 1 and Pitt 2. If all three win in the first round, who does Philly play? Boston or Pitt?

I like Meszaros a bit more at even strength, and the drop off on the PP from Krug to Meszaros isn't that big. Both are defensive liabilities, I'd just feel a bit more comfortable with Mesz at even strength right now.

Plus the Bruins don't draw penalties as it is, and that'll only go down in the playoffs when the whistles get swallowed. I think that mitigates Krug's offensive prowess a bit.

No you stay in division, its just the wild cards that cross over. And once they cross over, if they win they stay. So if the Wings beat the Pens they stay in that slot and play the Flyers/Rags winner.

That's what I was thinking, thanks!

No, hockey rules.

Your team sucks.
They do right now anyway. 1-4-2 in their last 7 isn't the way you make the playoffs.
