Did you think there was a good replay?
Before they went to replay, I had no idea, but it’s a tight game heading into the 3rd… The high stick was not in question, only a matter of if the puck hit his stick or not. Negating a goal would be huge, obviously the outcome does not support me, but I believe I saw the puck hit the stick and change directions, keeping it in the zone which allowed a goal to happen. I’m pissed they didn’t overturn it and believe the challenge was worth the gamble.

Missed it, did the Ref say the stick was below the shoulder? (Narrator; "It wasn't.") Or did he just call it a good goal?
He said it was not struck by a high stick they had a good goal. Which is kind of hard to believe as it was fairly inconclusive at best, but verbiage doesn't really matter that much for the result other than getting a feel for what the criteria the Ref might have used to determine it was definitely not a high stick.

Yeah, I just look at it as, “Unless you’ve got an ironclad replay, it’s not getting overturned.” Ignoring Columbus’s powerplay, an 81.6% PK means you have to be almost 20% to get it overturned for the expected value to match, I think? I suck at math.

Down a goal, maybe I’m more likely to take a shot. But there’s just nothing there, even though I thought it was a high stick.
