William Cuevas went 5 1/3 innings, allowing two runs on six hits – including a Danny Jansen jack – a walk, and a hit by pitch while whiffing six. Brandon Workman worked 1 2/3 frames, allowing a hit while striking out one. Josh Smith pitched a 1-2-3 eighth inning with a K.

Rusney Castillo contributed a single and a walk in four trips. Aneury Tavarez topped a single and stole a base in four at-bats. Ramon Flores found first twice via bases on balls in four forays. Jordan Betts walked once and struck out twice in three jaunts. Sam Travis earned a free pass and whiffed thrice in four sessions. Dan Butler, Chad De La Guerra, and Mike Miller each failed to reach in three matchups. Ivan De Jesus struck out twice in his four hitless attempts.

Hildemaro Requena relinquished five runs (four earned) on eight hits and a wild pitch over 4 1/3 innings. Jordan Weems yielded one hit and struck out five in 2 2/3 frames. Hunter Smith struck out two in a 1-2-3 eighth. Matt Gorst gave up one hit and whiffed a pair in the ninth.

Kyri Washington and Jerry Downs each delivered a double and two singles in four jaunts; Downs was caught stealing. Roldani Baldwin blasted two singles in five at-bats and also stole a base. Tyler Hill hit a double and was hit by a pitch in five trips. Carlos Tovar reached twice with a free pass and a hit by pitch in four treks. Ryan Scott took a base on balls in four sessions. Santiago Espinal was given a walk and then stole a base in five excursions. Trent Kemp struck out thrice in his four fruitless forays. Bobby Dalbec also struck out three times in his five unproductive ups.

Kutter Crawford gave up five hits and walked three in five scoreless frames; striking out a sextet. Angel Padron allowed two hits and whiffed one in three innings of work. Devon Fisher was able to get out of the ninth unscathed despite two walks; Fisher struck out one.

Ricardo Cubillan contributed two singles in three treks and was also caught stealing. Lorenzo Cedrola laced a single and was hit by a pitch in four appearances; he was also caught stealing twice, once after being picked off. C.J. Chatham, Marino Campana, and Frankie Rios each chipped in a hit in three forays; Chatham and Campana each with a triple and a run scored. Kervin Suarez swatted a sacrifice fly in three sessions.
