Is TL's +1 plus/minus tonight the least insightful plus/minus you've ever seen?

Zooming in on CJM like that is extremely unsettling. He looks like he’s farted multiple times

Overall you have to be pretty ecstatic how they closed this game. The only buckets they’ve given up at the end are Trae pulling up from 35, and made them earn everything else.

Those Jaylen to TL plays were immense, and they kept attacking and didn’t too too many bad iso possessions. The sequence ending in the Jaylen corner three was a beauty.

They never gave up the lead. Never even got it to a single possession I believe.

Great day of Boston sports. Sox hammered Milwaukee. Bruins hammered Florida. And though this felt closer, the Celtics have hammered Atlanta.

Absolutely agree. I fully expected it to get closer.

Is Tatum alright? He’s still sitting on the bench with kind of weird body language

Trae goes for 35 and 15 assists
Hunter gets 27
Murray gets 23
They shoot almost 38% from 3

They lose at home.

They can't play better than that, and the C's covered this easily, even with the late 100 feet of 3's that Atlanta made.

Atlanta has the feel of playoff good but not championship good.

Finish these chumps off in 5 then finish the Sixers and “injured” Embiid off

I give Snyder credit---they looked beyond awful the first two games and put up a much better show in Atlanta. But they are not in the same tier as Celtics.

Here
Those close out we saw just now we didn't see during last year's playoffs. Timelord being out there healthy makes such a huge difference.

i think there is a chance he gets a game because he came all the way across the court, but we really don't want them to start going by the letter of the law on that considering Tatum gave Petraitas a push when he got up to yell at Zarba after that Young push under the basket.

Edit- I do think they are different, and it's a good use of the NBA ignoring letter of the law on official contact. Those types like Tatum's where the ref kinda angles into your way because he's worried you might be getting up to go after an opponent, they let some stuff slide. Murray's is the type of thing they want to litigate with the rules, where you seek out contact with a ref away from the play and do it because you're unhappy with him.
