Sorry for the late thread! This is Pat’s wife posting while he’s driving to get Easter groceries. Says that’s gotta be good for something.

Today we have a new good boy (or girl) who says he’s going to put some thunder in Judge’s bat.

Sanchez is scheduled for one rehab game on Monday, and if that goes well, he will be activated on Wednesday.

Judge has made the same number of outs on hard hit balls (over 105mph) as God Tier Yelich. He's swinging well, just would like to see that power carry over the fence, please.

Frazier’s homer hit off top of wall. Soler mistimed his leap.

Frazier is turning into Cashman’s best bargaining chip for a real starting pitcher.

Possible for the right pitcher but even if everyone is healthy, I think he is the starting LF.

Sanchez C
Voit 1B
Gleyber 2B
Didi (we mi)SS (you)
LeMahieu 3B
Clint LF
Hicks CF
Judge RF
Stanton DH

Boonie was gone the minute he ran out of the dugout. He just got a little extra time to vent. Can’t argue replay decisions.

I thought the side angle from camera along first base showed ball clearing Gordon’s glove. A fan behind the first fan somehow got his own glove entangled with Gordon’s glove, after the fact.
You get seats in the front row, you should know what your limits are. Let the players play. The fan gets ejected for reaching over the fence.
I like that Boone got thrown out.

I thought maybe the ball was touched, it looked like it changed direction. Whether or not Gordon catches it is debatable. Huge swing though to lose three runs off the board like that.

You must be trading Miggy instead. Hope you are right because this team needs to get better on infield defense.

I hated that call on Altuve in the ALCS too, I don’t like that they assume the catch. Maybe just a dead ball/do-over like it never happened should be the rule?

I agree with that. It's quite the penalty if they call interference and that catch is no gimme, even without fans.

Either a three run HR or an out for Tauchman, let's see what replay says. :)

Tauchman hasn't shown his speed much yet, but I really want someone to use the nickname 'Tauchman Burner Overdrive' as he digs for a triple.

That really should be Sterling's HR call. Yeah, I know 'burner' works better for speed, but it's so good that I could accept it for sending a ball at high speed over the fence.

Too recent a reference for him. :)
