This game is really a preview of the ideal outcome game for the Sox. If Yoshi and Casas also smacked some doubles.
Nice job so far by Houck but it won't last much longer, he is terrible the 4th time through the order.
Oh fuck me, Devers hurt his wrist again.
Edit so as not to induce panic: Was shaking it and needed a timeout after an ugly swing on a foul ball.

After shaking his wrist, Devers lunged off balance to hit an outside pitch and still drilled it for a warning track flyball, so hopefully he's fine.

Excellent start by Houck. Glad they decided to push him this time, as opposed to last time when they pulled him at like 8-1 or something.
If Kiké gets hot, and Duran can hit a bit, and Casas starts to find a groove...this will be a hell of an offense.

Also, Duran has a .492 wOBA. He’s obviously not going to stay that hot, but he’s really cushioning the loss of Duvall’s .633 (LOL) wOBA.
Yeah, funny how things work out sometimes. Just nice to see these two, and Duran, making the most of their opportunities so far!
