William Cuevas relinquished five runs on five hits (including taters from Francisco Mejia and Adam Rosales) and three walks over four frames, striking out six and uncorking a wild pitch. Kyle Martin walked one and whiffed three in two scoreless innings. Robby Scott surrendered an unearned run on a hit, a walk, and a wild pitch in the seventh; striking out the side. Ryan Brasier allowed three hits and a walk in two scoreless frames; whiffing a trio.

Mike Olt obliterated Clips pitching with three doubles and a homer in his four matchups. Sam Travis and Ivan De Jesus each slapped a pair of hits in five trips; Travis with a tater. Mike Miller managed a moonshot in his four at-bats. Dan Butler walked twice in four appearances. Aneury Tavarez was hit by a pitch and stole a base amid four hitless treks.
