Justin Haley allowed three runs on seven hits (including a bomb by Chad Huffman) and four walks over five frames; whiffing a quintet. Josh Smith pitched two scoreless frames, giving up two hits while whiffing a quartet. Roenis Elias relinquished a solo HR to Edwin Espinal in the eighth; then put two more runners on via a walk and a hit by pitch (and committed a balk) before getting out of the inning with no further runs scoring.

Rusney Castillo collected three singles, a stolen base, and a caught stealing in five at-bats. Ramon Flores roped a double and a two-run homer in his four trips. Jeremy Barfield and Aneury Tavarez each had a hit and a walk in four jaunts; Tavarez with a double, Barfield with a blast. Dan Butler blooped a single in four attempts. Mike Olt obtained two more free passes (six over the last two games) while striking out twice. Mike Miller, Ivan De Jesus, and Sam Travis each took the 0-for-4 collar, collecting seven strikeouts combined.

Jake Thompson yielded six runs (three earned) – all in the first two innings of his five frame stint – on four hits and three walks; whiffing two. Thompson retired the final eight men he faced without issue, however. Jordan Weems walked one and struck out three over his three innings.

Tyler Hill hit a pair of singles and drew a walk in four trips. Chris Madera managed two singles and a caught stealing in four at-bats. Brett Netzer notched a single and a walk in four attempts. Bobby Dalbec drew two free passes and struck out twice. Jerry Downs and Ryan Scott each picked up a walk in four jaunts. Trent Kemp, Jhon Nunez, and Santiago Espinal each took the 0-for-4 collar.
