3D MP4 to BluRay

I have a 3D MP4 file that looks like a side-by-side image.  I'm reading that I need to convert it to BR using UDF 2.5 or something.  Google sucks since all of the crapware has SEO'd all of the good stuff off of the first few pages.  
 
What do you guys use to copt MP4s or MKVs or whatever to BluRay?

There are free utilities that can be tortured into doing this, but this is the easy answer.
