306, row 14
The Bruins ticket to the dance has been punched, but there's no reason for them to take the foot off the gas. Take no prisoners and keep rolling tonight in the desert.

This is personal favorite number 12 over the years.

Jesus, number 34 is a fucking treasure trove of random Bruins of years past.
  • Dave Shaw
  • LB
  • Rick Zombo (AWESOME)
  • Bob Beers
  • Bryan Berard
  • Geoff Courtnall
  • Byron Dafoe
  • Dave Reid (for one season, we all know him as #17)

Only 13 guys have worn number 34 in Bruins history and including Soderberg and Hnidy, that's 10 of them. Great ratio.

I've now learned two things.

1. There is a Society for International Hockey Research
2. My recall and fascination around obscure Bruins numbers is probably unhealthy.

right here
Just got home from the afternoon extreme beer festival session. Plenty of time for a 3 hour nap before Bruins. Sometimes west coast start times are fucking awesome.

Boychuk back. Krug the scratch. No issue with that though I hope Chara gets a breather sooner or later

"Lucic trying to sell a high stick" — 'cause he does that shit all the time. I want these Coyotes salesmen to choke hard on their homerism.

The Island
The NHL website offers a Gameday-lite experience for tracking the game for we suckers working the weekend. The Coyotes twitter feed is at Baghdad Bob levels of denial about the crowd.

I'll have to say it again: Not offsides, simply not.

Unbelievable. It was clear as day that Marchand cleared again before Smith's back leg came off the line.

Haha love the smile on Iggy when they cut back to him on the bench watching the scrum.  Looking forward to some good old fashioned ultra-violence.
